Asia Exchange and Beyond Abroad are looking for a Marketing Coordinator dedicated to the French market. In this role, you will promote our study abroad opportunities to French students, partner institutions, and key stakeholders. You will strengthen our presence in France by creating engaging, culturally relevant content and by running targeted campaigns that increase visibility, trust, and inbound student leads.
This position can be based in France, Stockholm or Tampere where we also have offices. As part of our international marketing team, you will play a key role in growing mobility from France to our destinations worldwide.
YOUR FOCUS AREAS
Your primary goal is to grow our brand visibility and lead generation in France through localized digital content and marketing activities. You understand what resonates with French students, how to communicate with French universities, and how to adapt our messaging to the expectations, culture, and decision-making styles of the French audience.
You know what type of content performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok in the French market. You understand how website content and SEO can improve our rankings on French search engines. You are curious about Meta and Google Ads and motivated to create campaigns tailored to French-speaking target groups. You enjoy working creatively with students and ambassadors.
CORE TASKS
• Localize and execute multi-channel campaigns designed specifically for French audiences
• Create social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) tailored to French preferences and trends
• Run B2C and B2B email marketing campaigns in French
• Write and optimize website & SEO content for the French market
• Produce French-language materials: brochures, info sheets, posters, B2B decks
• Manage and grow the French student ambassador program (recruiting, motivating, coordinating campaigns)
• Support French university relations with content and materials adapted to B2B needs
• Support sales team members’ event attendance in France
• Track performance, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness in the French market
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEM, email marketing
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns is an asset
• Native-level French copywriting skills
• Proficient English skills
• Educational background in marketing, business or similar degree
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and French student journey
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of SEO and website content and Wordpress is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone for French audiences
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and creative mindset
