Are you passionate about helping our university partners and students succeed and delivering exceptional service, then we would love to talk to you about joining our team.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as the first point of contact for service delivery and provision.
Being a brand ambassador for UniQuest with a good knowledge of internal operations and who can assist with specific partner requests.
Understanding partner goals, targets and objectives whilst being able to match UniQuest services with their requirements.
Creating solutions to any challenges experienced by the partner using current services available or proposing and exploring new ideas internally.
Further embedding our partnership through the creation of new commercial opportunities, contributing to the upsell of services the partner does not currently have and sharing valuable market intelligence.
Carefully managing partner expectations when their requests are not strategically beneficial or may negatively impact day to day service delivery.
Enforcing an adherence to Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations within your account management team.
Minimising risk by pre-empting any operational issues that may arise and implementing initiatives to avoid these issues.
Monitoring recruitment figures to ensure targets are being met on an ongoing basis.
Administration of the strategic account management CRM.
Being accountable for your team’s contact centre staff output and quality of work. This includes close collaboration with the UK Contact Centre Team Manager (if applicable), Manila Team Managers and Manila Quality Assurance specialists.
Acting as a conduit between the partner and the team, relaying necessary activities that need to take place and key information to ensure quality of service delivery.
Covering for your peers when they are on annual leave.
Sharing student insights internally in a timely manner to assist group wide reactive activity to any notable trends in the market.
Reporting all incidents related to service disruption, data and communications via the incident form.
Maintaining knowledge bases and being a single point of truth for information about your partner which includes fielding questions that are posed by contact centre staff.
Creating daily resource plans for your contact centre staff that balances meeting peak times for inbound communication demand and increasing call success for outbound proactive communication.
Checking partner data is seamlessly being added to the UniQuest platform.
What you’ll have
Experience of working in higher education.
A great track record in managing stakeholders and relationship management.
Some impressive communication and prioritisation skills
An analytical mind with the ability to look at the bigger picture whilst also being able to get into the weeds.
