Are you a detail-oriented web analyst with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights? Do you pride yourself on your ability to decipher web traffic and user behaviour, turning numbers and trends into strategic advice? If you're excited about utilising advanced analytics tools like GA4 to guide business decisions, we're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team within Keystone’s global higher education search and discovery business.
As part of our thriving Data & Insights team, you'll play a critical role in leveraging our unique datasets to support Keystone’s strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Data, your responsibilities will involve building comprehensive reports and dashboards, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to fulfil their data requirements. Your meticulous analysis will enable us to enhance our offerings and maintain our leading position in connecting the right students with the right educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and utilise GA4 data to develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards, making data insights accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
- Oversee data collection and integrity of website analytics data sources.
- Effectively gather and translate stakeholder data needs into clear analytics objectives, managing and prioritising data requests and analytics tickets efficiently.
- Present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to the senior leadership team, influencing strategic decisions.
- Apply your SQL expertise for complex data queries and integrate data from diverse sources, including Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift, to bolster our analytics capabilities.
- Manage analytics tagging within Google Tag Manager.
- Remain at the forefront of web analytics trends and technologies, enhancing our methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
We’re in search of an analytical thinker with a passion for web data, adept at mining and visualising complex datasets to provide strategic insights. This role is tailor-made for someone with a strong background in web or data analytics and experienced in steering business decisions through data.
Essential:
- Solid experience in web analytics, particularly skilled in utilising GA4 for report and dashboard creation.
- Excellent data visualisation skills, proficient in tools such as Google Looker Studio, PowerBI or AWS Quicksight.
- Experienced in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery and AWS Redshift.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in website analytics tag management and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Robust organisational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple data requests and stakeholder engagements.
Desirable
- Prior experience delivering and presenting data-driven reports to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of additional analytics and data management tools.
- Familiarity with the higher education industry, particularly related to postgraduate level study and international student recruitment.
