The Credit Controller at Keystone Education Group is responsible for managing and optimizing the collection process across various business units. This role involves proactively contacting customers with past due balances, both by phone and email, to facilitate timely payments and secure payment commitments. The Credit Controller reviews account statuses, provides customers with updates, and requests additional information as needed, ensuring a clear and effective communication process.

Main responsibilities:

• Contact customers for different business units with past due balances to facilitate payment, payment commitment, and follow up on payment promises.
• Review account status, advise customer of status, and request additional information as needed on inbound/outbound calls.
• Communicate with collection agencies and prepare legal documents. 
• Assist the finance team with relevant tasks.
• Sending reminders to customers about their overdue balances.
• Making attempts to reach customers by phone and email.
• Coordinating with the finance and commercial teams in the group to achieve results.
• Implementing and improving collection strategies, tailored to each business unit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred.
• Collections experience is required.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
