Accounts Operations Specialist
The Accounts Operations Specialist (AOS) is responsible for assisting in our quality assurance processes with a focus on fair and most effective distribution of both prospects and customers. Reporting directly to the Customer Ops Director, the AOS collaborates closely with the QA Manager and broader Operations team to ensure seamless allocation of accounts, proper distribution of prospects, and accurate processing of deals and contracts. This role is vital in supporting revenue growth initiatives and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting with deals and contract approvals across all pipelines
· Assisting in the fair and strategic allocation of Sales Prospects
· Supporting the management of Gold Mine & QA Accounts
· Assisting with customer assignments for Sales, Success & Finance teams
· Supporting Accounts organization efforts
· Assisting in Accounts Mapping processes
· Supporting the handling of commercial cases and special requests
· Assisting in QA & Finance segmentation and improvements in HubSpot
· Handling tender / procurement tickets
· Assisting in revenue growth initiatives as needed
· Supporting group synergy projects, including assisting in merge processes
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree, but will accept equivalent experience in the field
· Fluency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills
· Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM-system
Desirable:
· Revenue / Sales / Customer Success / Service operations background and understanding of customer accounts and customer journey is preferred
· Knowledge of Excel is preferred
· Solution-oriented and dedicated to empowering internal team members
· Self-motivated within a dynamic and collaborative team
· Ability to cope with high velocity of projects and internal requests
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· High-performing individual with integrity who can meet new challenges
· Having strong initiative (including self-learning and knowledge sharing)
· Constructive mindset and "can-do" attitude
· Ability to learn new software applications quickly
