We are looking for a results-driven marketing superstar to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across our B2B corporate marketing team, focused on international higher education. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to deliver successful inbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with both business unit and group-level objectives
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Manage and grow a marketing team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and key performance metrics
• Oversee content strategy and brand voice across all marketing communications within their area of responsibility
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads 
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies that will help steer the team to success, achieving output of MQLs, SQLs, and inbound sales bookings
• Direct the creation of marketing materials, including website content, sales collateral, and promotional items
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, Communications, or related field 
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management role 
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems – bonus points for experience with Hubspot CRM 
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the higher education industry or as a past international student Location
