At Keystone Sports, we help international student-athletes obtain sports scholarships in the US and Canada. Over the years, we have assisted 14,000+ international student-athletes, from 48+ countries, to enroll at universities all over North America.

We're a team of more than 100 people, most of us former student-athletes, and we possess the expertise and contacts that have enabled student-athletes to obtain lucrative scholarships and compete in many different American college sports.

Our Operations Team is the “oil in the machinery”, ensuring our processes run smoothly and the customer journey is exceptional. As an Operation Consultant, you are working hand-in-hand and with tight cooperation and feedback loop with our Placement team, Sports Consultant team, and Recruitment teams to deliver the service to our student-athletes. The ability and capacity to process many student cases simultaneously in a time-efficient and effective manner are critical. You are truly enabling our student-athletes for success during the college recruitment process and their time in the US.

As an Ops team member, you will play a part in developing and aligning the overall Keystone Sports delivery process and procedures for Ops, with a primary focus on Spain and LATAM. You are expected to play a role in improving our service delivery through our CRM’s.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are these areas:

CLIENT OPERATIONS and SUCCESS:

• Ensure your clients get to the US on time in the most effective way with a big focus on creating a great customer experience.
• Guidance + support for your assigned clients through the whole administrative part (i.e onboarding, testing, school app, I-20/student visa process, pre-departure prep, etc.). Weekly communication/follow-up with your clients.
• Liaison with US schools/admissions departments/coaches during the school application process.
• Liaison for company partners in travel, transcript evaluation, insurance, tutoring, etc. with the client.
• Implement and host webinars/workshops on key topics for the clients/parents.
• Help aligning, improving, updating, and developing company CRM systems and delivery processes for Ops in Keystone Sports.
• Work with the Ops team to ensure email templates, guidelines and company checklists for your market are uniform (though country-specific), up to date, and functioning.
• Take on “handover clients” when necessary and vacation support.
• Take part in company events like Summits, Showcases, College Days when required – and assist with the administrative aspects of these events.

Qualifications:

· You are a highly ambitious former student-athlete in the US/Canada.

· Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with good results.

· Have some work experience after graduating from university or relevant internship experience

· Must be an excellent communicator in English and Spanish.

· Structured and a problem-solver in a high-paced industry.
