What will be the tasks?
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational agents and recruitment partners.
- Counsel and recruit students directly, without the use of agents.
- Generate new student leads through various outreach methods.
- Qualify prospects to determine their educational needs and interests.
- Close sales and enroll students in our programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
- Identify and recruit new agencies in strategic markets to expand our international student reach.
- Conduct regular business trips to manage and support agency relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Implement lead generation activities, such as webinars, school visits, and online campaigns.
- Create and manage marketing materials to support recruitment activities.
- Maintain an active presence on social media and other platforms to attract potential students.
- Provide regular reports on agency performance, direct recruitment efforts, and market trends.
What is your background?
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in Vietnam.
- In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese education landscape.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
