As our growth continues, we are searching for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our international team. Our customers are universities and academic institutions worldwide. You will work directly with our future customers, guiding them through their digital marketing journey and help them fill their classrooms by benefitting from the variety of services Keystone provides. You will play a key role in our global growth strategy with help from our excellent and diverse International Student Recruitment team and your direct Sales Manager. You will work as an individual contributor, and you will manage the entire sales cycle while following Keystone’s proven sales process and methodology. Our corporate and working language is English. Other European languages (French, German, Italian) are a major plus.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a new business sales and upsales pipeline.
- High volume of quality outbound activity to book web demos based on a provided list of prospects and customers.
- Proactively initiate contact with prospective buyers using a multi-touch communication approach.
- Increase our portfolio value by acquiring new customers (universities and academic institutions).
- Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting, to booking and performing web demos, contract negotiations and implementation.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Department to identify customer upsale opportunities and provide best-in-class customer service.
- Together with the team we boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree.
- Some sales experience, preferably as an inside sales representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language. Other European languages (French, German, Italian) are a major plus.
- Preferably hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot or other CRM software.
- Interest and ability to work independently in a fast-paced culture.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Sense of responsibility, as well as pride in own performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Curious and consultative nature, which can successfully introduce a range of business solutions in a way that is clearly understood by customers.
- Willingness to reach out to prospects and customers globally, and work across different time zones.
