VP Student Marketing

Are you an energetic marketing leader with extensive B2C experience, preferably from an international B2C marketing background? Then don’t look any further—we want to hear from you! We seek a highly driven and energetic candidate to join Keystone’s marketing team as the VP of Student Marketing.
If you are ready for an exciting new challenge and are energized by dealing with a range of creative and strategic marketing challenges every day, then you are the person we want to take Keystone’s student-facing brands to the next level in 2025.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and champion Keystone student brands, both internally at Keystone and externally, in the market
• Develop and build awareness of group student brands
• Coordination and alignment of student and user marketing activities across the group
• Collaborate closely with a range of student marketers across a range of different brands, market segments, and geographies
• Oversee content strategy and brand across all marketing communications within their area of responsibility
The right candidate will have:
• Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive B2C marketing experience (education or student marketing experience preferred)
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2C marketing campaigns with experience across a comprehensive range of marketing activities, including social media/community management, traffic and lead acquisition, branding and positioning, email marketing, and content creation.
• Experience with brand management, especially if the candidate has worked with a portfolio of brands or a range of families operating under a parent brand.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management within complex organizations.
• An energetic and positive “go-getter” personality, someone who will influence and inspire others.
Exceptional candidates will have:
• Successfully built up global brand awareness of a B2C brand, developing online communities and increasing engagement as part of their key responsibilities
• Experience managing a range of B2C brands within a portfolio or a house of brands
Location
This role is located in Barcelona, Spain, and hybrid working options are available.
