As a Digital Events Intern in our Student Marketing team, you will have a hands-on role working closely with our events.

Role Summary:

The Digital Events Coordination Intern will work closely with the events team to gain hands-on experience in the planning, organization, and execution of virtual events. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about event management from start to finish, including event coordination, marketing materials overview and translation, communication with clients and partners, moderating webinars, and attendee engagement.

• You are educated to a bachelor’s level or pursuing your master’s degree.
• You have excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and manage multiple tasks in a digital setting.
• You are creative, detailed-oriented, and like taking initiative and coming up with new ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing event timelines.
• Support in brainstorming sessions for event themes and ideas.
• Market research.
• Event materials preparation.
• Test platform features and troubleshooting any technical issues during setup.
• Support pre-event communication by reviewing and translating the materials to Spanish.
• Provide support during the live events, such as webinar delivery and moderation, managing Q&A sessions.
• Help prepare event reports, including exhibitor and attendee metrics, feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Start date & internship duration:

• June 1st
• 3-6 months (preferably 6)

Flexible hours are required, with occasional evening events.
