I rollen som Office Manager på Keystone Education Group kommer du att vara det första intrycket gentemot kunder, besökare och medarbetare på en av Sveriges kanske härligaste arbetsplatser! Du kommer att utgöra navet i medarbetarnas dagliga arbete där du stöttar oss i service och aktiviteter på kontoret.
Typiska arbetsuppgifter
- Se till att vårt kontor känns välkomnande, representativt och håller hög nivå
- Välkomna besökare till kontoret 💁🏽
- Preppa för måndagsfrukost, fredagsöl och AW 🍩
- Hantera inkommande samtal, post och leveranser
- Planera för större event, såsom sommar-& julfest
- Stötta i administrativa uppgifter inom HR och ekonomi

Vem söker vi?
- Du är flytande i Svenska och Engelska.
- Du har ett par års arbetslivserfarenhet, gärna inom service!
- Du är ansvarstagande och strukturerad i din jobbvardag. Du ser vad som behöver göras och tar gärna egna initiativ.
- Du tycker om att ge service och att skapa en miljö där våra medarbetare trivs!
Extra härligt om du
- Är en fena på att hitta på och driva roliga aktiviteter för våra medarbetare.
- Ett intresse av arbete inom arbetsmiljö eller hållbarhet.
Vi tycker det är superviktigt att ha kul på jobbet, så det är såklart ett stort plus om du också gör det!

Globalt är vi är ett team på 900 personer som arbetar på Keystone Education Group och vårt mål är att hjälpa alla hitta rätt utbildning. 200 av oss sitter på Stockholmskontoret. Ett härligt team med positiv energi och många olika kompetenser.

Detta är en heltidstjänst stationerad på Karlavägen i Stockholm. Startdatum tänker vi är så snart som möjligt, men vi är flexibla!
