We are an international group of companies and the HR Administrator will support the HR Business Partners in their endeavours to partner the business across their designated country location(s). The role reports into the Head of HR Business Partnering and will work alongside the wider HR team, who are all located across Europe.
The role will provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR team. In addition the role will play a key administrative role in HR projects and initiatives both locally and globally. We are looking for a quick learner with an appetite to develop.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Responsible for providing administrative support to all areas of the HR team.
• Triage HR enquiries – actioning administrative requests and flagging more complex requests to the appropriate HRBP.
• Cultivates a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders.
• Responsible for administrative support to the HRBP’s in the full employee lifecycle, to ensure the issuing of the employment offer and contract, pre-employment checks, pre-onboarding, onboarding up to and including the leaving process and exit interviews.
• Provide Administrative support in both company and group project initiatives.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of HRIS content and documentation and to produce required HR reports.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance of Right to Work records and appropriate documentation, completing regular audits as required.
• Responsible for Visa Sponsorship management in the relevant business units.
• Ensure accurate data updated and recorded and support the payroll process in Germany.
Essential requirements:
• Proven experience (2-3) years working as an HR Administrator within a commercial organisation.
• Extensive administrative skills.
• Experience of HRIS and SharePoint management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, managing changing and competing priorities.
• Highly adept in using MS Office programs, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
