Keystone Education Group is an international group specialising in student engagement services to optimise student conversion and success. As HR Coordinator at Keystone Education Group, you’ll be responsible for supporting in the maintenance and development of HR practices throughout the organisation.

You will be key support to our organisation and talent development initiatives such as learning and development, performance management, HRIS, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and other upcoming HR projects as well as serving as a strong partner to the wider HR team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Organisation and Talent Development at Keystone and will have close collaboration with the rest of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support in maintenance of our various HRIS tools such as our HRM, ATS, LMS, SharePoint, and any future implemented systems

·        Collaborate with HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions through the full change management lifecycle

·        Offer recruitment process and system support to hiring teams as needed with the potential to source, screen, and interview candidates for open job vacancies

·        Cultivate a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders, providing guidance and actioning administrative or reporting requests

·        Work closely with subject matter experts to map out processes and document on internal channels keeping information clear and easy to find

·        Audit learning materials to ensure relevance and accuracy

·        Provide administrative support in both company and group project initiatives

·        General human resources management, including but not limited to tasks related to employment compliance

Who are we looking for?

·        Ability to work 20 hours/week on a set schedule

·        Prior experience from a relevant background: HR Assistant, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar is a plus

·        Solid administrative skills

·        Working knowledge of the full MS Office suite

·        Basic understanding of HR info systems such as HRM, ATS, LMS is a strong advantage

·        Ability to work flexibly, managing changing and competing priorities

·        You enjoy the mix between operative and strategic work and have a detailed and structured approach

·        You have excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

·        You communicate in English on a professional level, both verbal and written

·        You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working across cultures and has a genuine passion for people and business impact!
