As a Educational Consultant you will work closely with Keystones’ Customer Success & Sales Teams to provide students with essential information about schools and universities they have enquired to. In addition, you will help drive revenue for the Company by connecting our student leads to the schools they are interested in.

Our corporate and working language is English. Additional language skills are a must, and we are looking for a fluent French speaker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting qualification calls with inbound student leads, assessing their needs, and providing information about available programs.
• Connecting students with the appropriate programs and helping them through the application process.
• Nurturing, tracking, and following up with student leads to ensure ongoing engagement and progress.
• Ensuring that all client and student information is up to date and accurately reflected in our systems.
• Assisting in client meetings for onboarding, feedback calls, and creating strategies to ensure product success.
• Proactively managing multiple accounts simultaneously, adapting to changes, and being flexible in response to evolving needs.
• Spending the majority of your workday on the phone talking to students.
• Together with the team increasing the quality of our services and contributing to our long-term growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some sales background and understanding of inbound sales processes would be beneficial.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Fluency in English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills.
