The Accounts Operations Associate (AOA) is a key team member, supporting our quality assurance and account allocation processes to ensure fairness and efficiency. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, you will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager and other teams to facilitate seamless account organization and accurate processing of deals and contracts. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the review and approval process for deals and contracts.
• Assist with the fair distribution of sales prospects and customer assignments for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate on organizing and mapping customer accounts.
• Help manage commercial cases and special requests.
• Contribute to quality assurance (QA) and financial segmentation improvements using HubSpot.
• Provide support for procurement tickets and related processes.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at revenue growth and operational improvement.
• Assist with group synergy projects, including merge processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. This role is well-suited for recent graduates, individuals with early-career experience, or those looking to transition into a new career path.
• Quick Learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and basic Excel skills are preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
• Motivated to learn and take initiative in a team setting.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
