The Junior Web Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and digital assets at Keystone Agents, a unit of Keystone Education Group. This role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging online experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Development:

• Assist in designing and updating web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Ensure all designs align with Keystone’s branding and usability standards.
• Work closely with developers to implement web designs effectively.

User Experience & Optimization:

• Ensure web designs are user-friendly and accessible across multiple devices.
• Optimize website elements for performance, responsiveness, and conversion rates.
• Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to improve web experiences.

Content Management & Maintenance:

• Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (WordPress).
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital content.
• Support the marketing team with digital assets for campaigns, banners, and promotional materials.

Graphic Design Support:

• Create visual assets such as icons, graphics, and images for web use.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and social media visuals.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma or Elementor.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian & German) are a plus.
