Job Summary:
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of Zoho, the CRM system used by all our departments. This role involves developing strategies to enhance conversion, engagement, and satisfaction through effective use of CRM tools and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems (ideally Zoho CRM), data analytics, and a passion for improving customer experiences and optimizing reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with other systems and tools.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that support business objectives and enhance customer relationships.
- Create and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement best practices for CRM usage across the organization.
- Develop productivity gains and data insights through practical application of AI.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and other teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with Zoho CRM and service providers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in CRM to recommend improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably with a well-known CRM platform (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, other languages (Spanish, Swedish, German) are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
