Position Overview:
As the VP Sales, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the sales strategy that propels our growth while fostering an inclusive and supportive sales culture. You will be part of the International Business Unit at Keystone, leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team of 20+ multilingual professionals based in 3 different locations in Europe, develop strong customer relationships, and work cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business goals. This is a highly visible role that requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization. Set clear goals, foster a culture of accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Analyze sales performance, track key metrics, and implement continuous improvements. Champion the use of data to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Strategy: Plan and execute the sales strategy, connecting strategic priorities with coordinated sales-led initiatives and activity to drive growth.
- Collaboration & Transparency: Work cross-functionally with teams like marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the organization.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining profitability. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring proper forecasting and reporting.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Understand customer needs and position solutions that add value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and empower.
- Proven ability to drive both revenue growth and team engagement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Strong commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are welcomed and celebrated.
- Bachelor’s degree.
